1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between co999 ("co999", "we", "us", "our") and you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") in connection with your use of the co999 website located at co999.io and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

co999 operates as an internationally licensed offshore online gaming platform providing casino games, live casino products, sports betting, and related entertainment services. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the co999 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with co999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. co999 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all real-money gaming activity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Age Verification

co999 takes its age-verification obligations seriously. Upon registration, and at any subsequent point at co999's discretion, you may be required to submit documentary evidence of your age, identity, and address. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate accompanied by a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months. Until verification is complete, co999 may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay at its sole discretion.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter will be escalated to the appropriate authorities where legally required.

3 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the co999 Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you unless you have previously notified co999 of suspected unauthorised access. co999 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

In accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards, co999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically seven (7) calendar days — may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Currency

All co999 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in BDT. co999 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which co999 accepts no responsibility.

Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, co999 reserves the right to impose limits on individual accounts as part of its responsible gaming and AML procedures. Players may also voluntarily set personal deposit limits from within their Account Settings at any time.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within a standard timeframe of one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours from the time of submission, subject to satisfactory identity verification and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements. co999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 in a single transaction, which may extend processing time. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

Each game operates under its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the conflict specifically concerns game mechanics, in which case the provider's rules apply.

Bet Limits

Malfunctions and Technical Errors

Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

Sports Betting

co999 offers pre-match and in-play betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All sports betting is governed by the betting rules published on the sportsbook section of the Platform. co999 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, adjust odds, or void bets in cases of irregular activity, event cancellation, or data feed error.

7 Responsible Gaming

co999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from Account Settings without requiring contact with the support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit.

8 Prohibited Activities

co999 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the relevant law enforcement authorities. In such cases, any funds in the affected account may be frozen pending investigation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the co999 Platform — including but not limited to the co999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, and game assets provided by co999 — is the exclusive property of co999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any co999 content without express prior written consent from co999. Unauthorised use of co999 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Privacy & Data

11 Limitation of Liability

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, co999's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall co999's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your co999 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Suspension & Termination

co999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to withhold or void any funds, bonuses, or winnings associated with that account, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policy.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or disputed transactions from your payment provider.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Any other circumstances in which co999 reasonably determines that continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your co999 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your verified payment method, less any applicable bonus balances that have not met the required wagering conditions.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity. co999 will make reasonable efforts to notify you before applying a dormancy administration fee. Players are encouraged to log in periodically or contact support to keep their account active.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which co999 holds its international gaming licence. 14 Changes to These Terms

co999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, co999 will provide reasonable notice via email to the registered address on your account and/or via a prominent notification on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
